Cancellation and return policy

I did my best so that you will be satisfied with your order!
but in the unlikely event that you want to return them, just sent it within two weeks and I'll give your a full refund minus the shipping costs, or I can sent you something else for exchange! ♥

Postage and payment policy

I accept only PayPal for international orders, but if you happen to be in Italy, let me know if you have some other payment method in mind!

Your payment is due within 3 days of purchasing.

I will ship your order after I receive payment, normally within 3 business days (in general on Wednesday or Saturday).

I use Air Mail for international orders.
I don't use Tracking to keep the postage costs reasonable but ask me before buying if you wish to add insurance to your package.
Your items should arrive to you in 10 days or so, but you know how postal services are sometimes! So please let me know when you receive the package and remember to leave Feedback! :)

I will always send package to your DaWanda address if you don't tell me otherwise, so remember to tell me when you've made your order if you want them delivered somewhere else! Maybe for a lover or to a friend address, or just for a surprise package or gift! I will love to be a party to you!
