Note: colours may slightly vary in reality from the picture due to a different colour resolution. Though I try to keep my photos as truthful as possible. :)
Cancellation and return policy
All things are made and/or packed with lots of love and care. However, if you're not satisfied with your products, you can send your purchased items back in their original package within 7 days after receiving your order. Please, contact me first about the problem.
After receiving the product back I will refund the price of the product, but all postage costs are for the buyer.
Postage and payment policy

Items are shipped by priority mail in a bubble mailer or a box.
Shippings costs depend on the weight, thickness and size of the package, but I try to keep them as low as possible. That's why I will combine shipping costs.
No matter how many items you buy, you only have to pay shipping costs ONCE.
All items in my shop are DaWanda Express products. You can pay immediately after your purchase and your item will be shipped on the first working day after receipt of payment.
After your item has been shipped, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days for items to arrive within Europe. Items to the rest of the world usually take more days, depending on the country.
If you want your order to be shipped with a track & trace number (= € 5.00 extra), please let us know.
If you don't choose for a track & trace number, we cannot held responsible for loss, delay (e.g. because of holidays) or damages, this is on your OWN RISK.

WORLD: PayPal
I prefer payment through PayPal. The price quoted is in euro but this will be converted into your local currency during the PayPal process, so you will be able to see accurately the amount you will be paying.
Once your payment is received your item(s) will be shipped asap.
