All orders are shipped via priority Polish Post. Please contact us to specify the real shipping costs. We will answer you and check the exact cost with the Polish Post!

International Orders - approximately 3 weeks from the date of shipment. However, due to Custom's inspections and processing, please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for international packages to reach their destination. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or tariffs levied after the initial PL postage. These fees could be applied to your package at the discretion of your local customs officers/post office.

In the event that you need to return something, always contact me via etsy convo's before doing anything else. I will do my best to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Custom orders will be made exactly as discussed through email or as written in the comments section at checkout. Please allow up to 4-30 days from when payment is completed for your order to be made, Lamps are made up to 30 days ( this does not include shipping time )

1. As a seller, we enter into basic personal data, that is: First name, Last name, home address and telephone number.
2. Listed in pt.1 data is used only for the purpose of processing your order and keeping tax records.
3. In order to fulfill the order, personal data (name and surname, address of the recipient of the order, telephone number) are transferred by us to the courier company DPD or Poczta Polska.
4. The data is stored until the legal obligation that is the storage of invoices is fulfilled. All records related to the settlement of tax on goods and services in Poland should be kept until the tax limitation period has expired. As a rule in Poland, this period is 5 years counting from the end of the calendar year in which the payment deadline for the tax resulting from the tax liability expired.
5. Personal data stored in our boutique are protected against access by third parties and unintentional loss (stored in secured containers, in a digital form secured by a password).

Polityka ochrony danych osobowych w naszym butiku:

1. Jako sprzedawca wchodzimy w posiadanie podstawowych danych osobowych, to jest: Imię, Nazwisko, Adres zamieszkania oraz numer telefonu.
2. Wymienione w pkt. 1 dane służą nam wyłącznie w celu realizacji Państwa zamówienia oraz prowadzenia ewidencji podatkowej.
3. W celu realizacji zamówienia dane osobowe (imię i nazwisko, adres odbiorcy zamówienia, numer telefonu) są przez nas przekazywane firmie kurierskiej DPD lub Poczcie Polskiej.

Wszystkie ewidencje związane z rozliczeniem podatku od towarów i usług należy przechowywać do czasu upłynięcia terminu przedawnienia podatkowego. Co do zasady termin ten wynosi 5 lat licząc od końca roku kalendarzowego, w którym upłynął termin płatności podatku wynikającego ze zobowiązania podatkowego.
