Orders are sent by courier, they arrive in a few days. I don't offer free shipping, I don't hide costs in the price of the goods. When buying several items, shipping costs are combined (even when shopping from this + my other shop prezenciarniadusk.etsy.com ).
Couriers ask me to provide the customer's phone number - please consider if it would be good if they had it - in case of any problems with delivery. Thank you :).
If your country is not on the list, please feel free to ask - I will check the delivery possibilities, also by post.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Each item in Prezenciarnia is customized and / or personalized. I don't have ready products on offer (except for a few sale offers, it's pandemic time and I have some items prepared for craft fairs which have been canceled).
Every order is unique, therefore I don't accept returns that are not a complaint.
If I do something wrong - I will mistake colors or lettering (it can happen, nobody is perfect), I accept the return. After receiving the item I'm making corrections and send it back to the customer on my cost.
Do you (shop) issue bills? Including shipping costs?
Yes, at the customer's request I can issue an invoice (without VAT).
Gift wrapping and packaging
I pack all items in cellophane. Small ones are tied with a ribbon. It's a standard.
Failure to collect the parcel by the customer.
FedEx, UPS (or another company) makes 3 attempts to deliver the package, or (in special situations) deliver the package to the pickup point.
If the customer does not collect the parcel, will receive a refund less 1. the cost of returning to the seller or 2. the cost of destroying the parcel by the courier company.
