General terms and conditions (GTC)
§1 Applicability
This terms and conditions apply to the contractual relationship between Fräuleinwunder Typewriters GbR and consumers (§13 BGB). Consumer is every person, which concludes legal transactions, which can neither be ascribed to their commercial activity nor their self-employment.
Contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of the contract
The range of goods in this shop is a nonbinding offer to buy, which will be accepted with a customer's order. By clicking the „buy“ button you place a binding order of the items listed in your cart. With that, the purchase contract is concluded. We confirm the already concluded contract and the receipt of the order with an automatic confirmation email immediately after your order.
§3 Prices
The indicated prices are final prices plus shipping costs. Legal VAT is included.
§4 Storage of the text of contract
We store the text of contract. We send you a confirmation email with all ordering details and general terms and conditions to your stated email address.
The ordering details are also accessible in your customer account.
§5 Choice of law
For consumers or other persons with usual residence in participating EU Member State (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) at the time of contract formation german law will be applicable in the exclusion of the UN sale of goods law.
For customers with usual residence in a state, which neither belongs to the EU nor the EEA at the time of contract formation the law of the state is applicable, in which the customer has his usual residence at the time of contract formation.
Separat from this choice of law the mandatory consumer protection law of the state is applicable, in which the customer has his usual residence at the time of contract formation.
§6 Warranty
The warranty follows the provisions of the law.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Fräuleinwunder Typewriters GbR, Christian Fischer und Melanie Harr, Degenfeldstr. 3, 76131 Karlsruhe, Germany, Tel.: 0175/4777796, email: info@fwtypewriters.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in case of a contract for the supply of digital contents in non-physical medium if we only have started the execution of the contract, after you have expressly agreed that we should begin with the execution of the contract before the withdrawal period ends and have confirmed the knowledge of losing your right of withdrawal by consenting the start of the execution of the contract.
