All work is copyrighted and owned by PurrPrints and may not be duplicated without specific written consent. Buying a print or original gives you ownership of that piece but you may not copy or redistribute it in any way.

Cancellation and return policy

Orders may be cancelled if unexpected problems arise and I have not yet shipped your item.

Custom work, once begun, cannot be canceled. Partial refunds may be available if the item is something I might be able to resell elsewhere.

Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis.

Postage and payment policy

Shipping: I use USPS first class international and domestic shipping with delivery confirmation for all packages. I package all items in sturdy recycled shipping materials to be kinder to the environment; however, if you would prefer new packing materials let me know.

Payment: If you prefer to send a check or money order through the mail that is fine, but I cannot ship your item until after the check has cleared.
