We like creativity in combination with modernity and people like you who see it the same way and enjoy special products.
We? This is a small team of the young start-up rauffaser from the Frankfurt area. We have people with experience, an idea of the product or simply a sense of style. An important part of our corporate philosophy is the combination of modernity, creativity and social sustainability. Between standard furniture store and furnishing specialist, we have discovered a niche that we hereby fill.
None of us wants 0/8/15 décor, no one wants to spend a fortune and no one wants design concepts that do not allow for their own and individual composition. We attach great importance to the use of selected natural fibre material such as linen, jute or cotton; combined with unusual designs, weaving structures or colors.
Through smaller quantities, we keep variation, the faster implementation of new ideas and the possibility to respond to wishes open. Thus, each of our products is something special, which can still be easily integrated into your interior or extended as an eye-catcher.

General Terms and Conditions of the company rauffaser
§1 Validity vis-à-vis entrepreneurs and definitions of terms
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
(1) The following regulations on the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our Internet shop www.rauffaser.de.
(2) In the event of the conclusion of the contract, the contract shall be concluded with:

7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking on the button "order for a fee" or "buy"

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
(1) The prices quoted include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition, there are any shipping costs.
2. The consumer shall have the option of payment in advance, PayPal.
(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery takes place here at the latest within 5 working days. In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins to run on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and, for all other payment methods, on the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by mail.

We reserve title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
