You will always recieve the EXACT item pictured. It must meet or exceed your expectations. You are welcome to have all gemstones and metals authenticated by a jeweler, and you have 7 days to contact me if you have any problems or questions. If the item is a custom order, you will get pictures via email first, and I will only ship upon your approval.

Cancellation and return policy

I will gladly ship INTERNATIONALLY! Contact me for shipping details. Large hats tend to cost a bit more because the box is oversized. I combine shipping, and I try to be as fair and accurate as possible in my estimates. If I overcharge you, I will REFUND the difference after I get back from the post office.

For returns, please contact me within 7 days, and ship the item promptly and securely packaged. I will refund you via PayPal upon reciept.
