Terms & Conditions

I always combine shipping on multiple item purchases - just to remind me, please add a note to your orders which says 'combine ship please' and I will adjust your shipping total.

Custom orders are welcome, do contact me if you would like something made which is not already in the shop, or you would prefer a different colour or size.

Cancellation and return policy

Please let me know if you are unhappy with your item, I like to resolve issues before they become problems!

Postage and payment policy

Payment -
UK - Paypal, bank transfer or cheque (please allow 3 working days for cheques to clear).
Everywhere else - Paypal only.

Please pay for your item as soon as you receive your invoice - I will re-list anything that has not been paid for within 3 working days.

All items are sent out carefully packed, by First Class or Airmail with a certificate of posting. If you require postal insurance, please contact me before finalising your purchase.

Shipping - I ship everywhere!

To the UK usually takes 2 working days, for other destinations, please allow a minimum 7-15 working days. This depends on your local postal service, so if you would like something express delivered, please let me know and we can work something out.
Remember that at busy periods (like Christmas) these delivery times will probably take longer!
I do re-use packaging that I have received, so please don't be disappointed if your items arrive in a pre-loved envelope!
