Bags are made by me in my studio,smoke free environment.Mostly limited edition.
Custom orders are one-of-a-kind, no replicas.
Please read my shop policies below carefully to make your purchase smooth and easy.
Cancellation and return policy
If your bag is not exactly what you expected, then you can return it.I will refund you the amount of the bag minus the shipping cost.Money will be returned after I recieve a bag in the original package within 14 days. Please contact me if you would like to return your bag for instructions on how to do so.
Refunds will NOT be given if:
1.I will not recieve the bag in original package.
2.The bag has been used and/or has signs of wear & tear
Please note that specifications on the size of the bag are on the listing. Please make sure you read these correctly so you don't receive a bag that is not the size you expected. Please also note that colors may vary from display to display. I try to display the colors as accurately as I can but capturing the correct color on a picture is quite hard (I'm not a professional photographer) and in addition colors appear different from screen to screen. If the color is not what you expect it please send me back the bag asap and you will receive a refund.
Exchanges:
I accept exchanges on the same terms as the refund. As soon as I receive the bag and make sure that it is in top condition then I can send you your other selected bag. The buyer will have to pay for the shipping cost of both bags.
Postage and payment policy
I accept paypal and credit card payments.
I always ship parcels via Priority Registered Mail,bags are packed in cardboard boxes.
Items are shipped the next working day after received payment.
Delivery dates from the shipping date range from two to three weeks for the US, Canada and Australia and it takes about one week for Europe. Please note, it is normal for a week or two delay, items may be held in customs for check.
You never have to pay any additional fees or tax in customs.
Please make sure that your address is correct and updated. If you want me to ship your bag to another address send me a message. I will not send to a P.O. address as registered mail does not get delivered there.

Shipping rates depend on the weight of the package.

Packages may be held in customs and therefore be delayed.
