If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, you may return it. Returns must be made within 7 days of being received. Items must be unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping costs. Please contact us about returns.

No refunds are offered when ordering a semi-custom made item(s) Full payment has to be received before design and making will commence.

We accept PayPal and Google Checkout payment in EURO (via DaWanda), GBP and USD. If you wish to pay by other currency please contact us.

Shipping>>
For security reasons items are sent to your PayPal address unless clear instructions before payment is made with regard to different address.

Rest of the world: Royal Mail standard air mail
Insurance: if you wish to insure your parcel please contact us.
Please note we cannot take responsibility if if the package is lost or damaged during transit if you choose to use uninsured standard delivery.

Stocked items: dispatched within 3 working days. Made to order items: You will be giving estimated shipping date when you orders placed. If you need to have your order rushed, please state at note in etsy order form.
