Generally speaking, for all deliveries on the right exchange and return.
Excluded are used or damaged items, jewelry, custom made and crafted upon specific customer products.

Cancellation and return policy
After ordering the buyer gets a confirmation of the ordervia email, together with an invoice for the sale price of the product including VAT and postage. The delivery of the goods follows upon receipt of payment, this may take up to 4 weeks. The shipping costs will take the buyer.
