I just love my custom-built firewood rack. It's perfect for my needs. The quality is excellent. Gints was so terrific to deal with. I took one star off for two things: 1) The shipping with FedEx was somewhat problematic because the rack came in two packages, FedEx didn't keep them together and initially didn't provide all the necessary tracking information for each of the packages. Eventually, I received tracking info for the second package, and it arrived a few days after the first package. 2) There were no assembly instructions in English included. I had to figure it out on my own. I was able to do that without much trouble, though. English assembly instructions would have been helpful.

Several delays with customs, but Gints was on top of it throughout. Have not put it together yet (waiting on my assemblers as I am disabled), but the pieces are beautifully crafted. Cannot wait to have it in place!
