Shipping
I will ship to your Etsy address within three (3) to five (5) working days after receiving your payment. Please, let me know if your purchase needs to be sent to a different address! Your purchased item will be carefully packaged. The package will be shipped by German Post as an unregistered delivery if not stated otherwise. Please note that this does not include tracking your package. Note also that I cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered packages. That is why I recommend choosing tracked shipping as an additional shopping upgrade. Shipping charges for more expensive items (€50 or more) include registered delivery.
Additional policies and FAQs
Many of my creations are unique. If you see something you like but would like it made in another colour or size, just let me know and I will try to fulfill your wish.
