Cancellation and return policy

[LOST MAIL PACKAGE]
In an unfortunate event of lost mail, please inform us after 30 days of purchase, unless insurance is purchased, claim & replacement is not possible.

[RETURNS AND EXCHANGES]
- We take pride in making and selling the items, only items that are in their best condition are sold in Simple Arts Planet.
- Goods sold is not exchangeable or returnable
If item received are damaged, please send an email to us immediately upon receipt of the item, we would need the buyers to send back the item in its original state as it was sent out.
- Upon reciept of the item, we will assess and determine if it is genuinely seller's fault, once approved, a full fund less shipping cost will be refunded to buyers' paypal account or IBT account; alternatively a replacement item will be sent.

Postage and payment policy

[CROCHET PATTERN DELIVERY]
Crochet pattern in PDF format is delivered via email within 24 hrs upon receipt of payment. File is sent to the email address you keep with DaWanda (default), unless requested otherwise. At times, mails may end up at the spam folder, you may wish to check on that folder first.

[SHIPPING]
- We ship locally and internationally.
- Registered service is used for most of the listing, otherwise an additional Euro 1.00 is to be added upon request of this service.
- Insurance is optional at Euro 2.60.
- Courier service is available upon request.
- Delivery will be arranged within 3 business days of order confirmation.
- Delivery to USA (as a guide of delivery) takes approximately 11-15 business days.
- Please make sure your shipping address is accurate; if your shipping address differs from your paypal shipping address, please state which address to ship to.

[PAYMENT]
We accept PayPal payment only.

[PAYMENT TERMS]
Payment is appreciated within 3 days upon confirmation of order, delivery will be arranged within 3 business days upon payment.

[PAYMENT PROBLEMS]
A notification email will be sent to buyers if payment is not received 3 days upon order confirmation; response not received within 24 hours of email will result in negative feedback and cancel of order.
