+ Each pattern is sold with a single license issue to that individual buyer only;
+ Buyers may not redistribute, resell, and/or translate pattern into another language for reselling; including publishing on the internet. Regret that action will be taken against those who infringe this clause.

Cancellation and return policy

[Returns and Exchanges]
+ We take pride in making and selling the items, only items that are fit in their intended use are sold in Simple Arts Planet.
+ Goods sold are not exchangeable or returnable.
+ If items received are damaged, please contact us by email immediately upon receipt of the item,
+ Only authorized returns will be dealt with, buyers are to send back the item in its original state as it was sent out.
+ Upon receipt of the item, we will assess and determine if it is genuinely seller's fault, once approved, a full fund less shipping cost will be refunded to buyers' paypal account or bank account; alternatively a replacement item will be sent.

Please do not send the package back to us before establishing prior contact with us. Unauthorized packages received will be returned to sender without prior notice.

Unless items are insured, we regret there will be no replacement for lost packages. We would assist in the claims insured packages; and we would assist to inquire for registered packages.

Postage and payment policy

[Festive Season Shipping]
+ Delivery will be arranged within 5 working days (or more, depending on the quantity of your order) for dolls and ring pillows during festive season, i.e. Christmas (November to December)
+ Please add 3-5 days to the standard shipping transit time for all orders, due high shipping schedule of most carriers.

[Registered Mail Service - Domestic & International]
Registered mail service is recommended at all times, as we will not be liable once the package leaves our care to the carrier.
+ Registered mail service requires a signature to receive package, hence the added security.
+ Consignment number is assigned for tracking, however, package status is dependent on how regular your local post office is updating the records.
+ Delivery will be arranged within 3 business days upon receipt/clearance of payment.
+ Registered mail service has a limited liability up to Euro 35.
+ Please make sure your shipping address is accurate; if your shipping address differs from your paypal shipping address, please state which address to ship to. We will ship to your shipping address registered with Dawanda.

[Regular Mail Service]
+ Regular mail service is cost effective, however tracking is impossible, we are unable to assist in tracking the package in any unforeseen circumstances. i.e. lost packages, delayed shipment etc.
+ Insurance is not available for regular shipping service.

[Registered Surface Mail Service]
+ Registered surface mail is the most cost effective amongst all shipping methods.
+ Consignment number is assigned for tracking, however, package status is dependent on how regular your local post office is updating the records.
+ Registered mail service has a limited liability up to Euro 35.
+ Please make sure your shipping address is accurate; if your shipping address differs from your paypal shipping address, please state which address to ship to. We will ship to your shipping address registered in the account you set up with Dawanda.
+ Surface mail takes from 6 to 15 weeks to arrive (refer to transit time url below for a more accurate estimate on the transit time to your destination)

[Shipping Insurance]
+ Additional shipping insurance is available at minimum Euro 2.80 (upon request).
+ Insurance is only available with registered packages.

[Express Shipping]
+ Speedpost by Singapore Post is available upon request.
+ Courier service via Fedex is available upon request.

[Crochet Pattern Delivery]
+ Crochet pattern in electronic copy is delivered via email within 24 hrs upon receipt of payment.
+ File is sent to the email address registered with paypal (default email), unless requested otherwise.
+ Check spam/junk folder for the email , at times, mails may end up in the spam folder.
+ Add sales [at] simpleartsplanet [dot] com in your safe list.
+ Non-receipt of PDF file must be informed to us within 3 days from date of transaction.

[Packaging for Dolls]
To achieve cost effectiveness, we ship our dolls with bubble wraps and brown paper, which reduces the shipping weight. If you wish to have the dolls shipped in box, please leave a message at checkout, and additional charges will be applied to your order.

[Customs and Import Duties for International Shipping]
International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance is borne by buyers. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Shipping policies vary from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

[PAYMENT]
We accept PayPal payment only.

[PAYMENT TERMS]
Payment is appreciated immediately upon confirmation of order, delivery will be arranged within 3 business days upon payment.

[PAYMENT PROBLEMS]
A notification email will be sent to buyers if payment is not received 3 days upon order confirmation; response not received within 24 hours of email will result in negative feedback and cancel of order.
