I cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

Postage and payment policy

Immediate payment is required via paypal. If payment has not been received after one week your order will be cancelled.

I aim to post items within 2 working days. Items are sent via First Class within the UK and Airmail otherwise.

I have no control over delays to your items due to customs or duty/import fees that might be levied.
