Cancellation and return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, let me know immediately after receiving the artwork. I accept returns within 5 days of receipt. Please contact me with your reason for the return before shipping it back. You'll get a full refund for the price of the original artwork minus shipping, if it's sent back unused and in original, perfect condition. So far, my feedback has been 100% positive, and I want to keep it that way :)

Postage and payment policy

I can ship anywhere in the world. Please contact me with any questions you have about shipping costs. Each work of art is placed in an archival sleeve and packed with care in a sturdy, stay-flat or bubble wrap envelope with a firm backing or in a mailing box (for 3-D works). The German post is rather expensive, but very reliable. Approximate delivery times for North America are 10-12 work days, Europe 4-5 work days, Germany 2-3 work days.

If you are sending artwork as a present, let me know and I will make the packaging extra special and enclose a personalized note if desired :)

I prefer payments using PayPal, a secure third party payment processor. This is a method to pay by credit card without giving me your account information.

German/EU customers can also pay by direct bank transfer (Überweisung). As soon as your payment has cleared, I will ship your artwork.
