Hi, I'm a sewing-holic girl who live in countryside of northern Japan. Me and mother are working at home, we spend the day time almost sewing.

The products of my shop are sewn by professional sewing machine, and they are politely and carefully cut and structured one by one by me.

I learned all sewing skill from my mother. She is a professional about sewing who have been making the clothes of the major brand for about 40 years.
Now we are working at home, I'm making goods of this shop in our spare time. all of my goods are sewn by professional sewing machine.

:: About custom order ::
All custom orders are payment in advance. The price and the time to complete is different depending on the goods, the fabrics and the size.

Cancellation and return policy

Alle von mir hergestellten Produkte sind aus hochwertigen Materialien (ich verarbeite fast ausschliesslich japanische Stoffe, oft auch japanische Designerstoffe) und professionell verarbeitet.

Sollten Sie trotz allem den Wunsch haben, Ihre bei mir erworbene Ware zurückgeben zu wollen, so kann dies arrangiert werden. Es wird der volle Kaufpreis, jedoch nicht die Versandkosten, erstattet. Dazu emailen Sie bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt der Ware, damit wir die Rücksendung arrangieren koennen. Der Rücksand nach Japan geht auf Kosten des Käufers.
Ware, die bereits im Gebrauch war, ist von einer Rücknahme ausgeschlossen!

:: Returns Policy ::
If you don't like my products or it is not what you expected, I accept returned goods and I refund full amount of items except shipping cost. Please email me within 7 days after you receive the products.
The products must be unused and I can't accept returned goods if it's once used.

Postage and payment policy

Ich akzeptiere ausschliesslich Zahlungen per PayPal und habe keine deutsche Bankverbindung!

Bitte informieren Sie sich auf www.paypal.de über das Einrichten eines Kontos bzw. das Bezahlen über PayPal mit Ihrer Kreditkarte. Beide Varianten sind einfache und sichere Zahlungswege.

Ware wird üblicherweise zweimal pro Woche verschickt, montags und freitags.
Alle Ware wird als "Päcken" verschickt (es gibt damit keine Möglichkeit zur Sendungsverfolgung). Unter Umständen kann die Sendung vom deutschen Zoll geöffnet werden.

Für eine schnellere Zustellung kann die Ware per EMS verschickt werden, wobei zusätzliche Kosten anfallen, die zu Lasten des Käufers gehen.
Bei einem Warenwert über 60 Euro versende ich Ihre Bestellung grundsätzlich nur als EMS oder als Einschreiben, abhängig vom Gewicht.

Ware ist auf dem Weg zu meinen Kunden noch nie verloren gegangen, aber ich weise hiermit ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass ich bei unversichterten Sendungen keine Haftung für verloren gegangene oder gestohlene Ware übernehme. Es besteht jedoch jederzeit die Möglichkeit, Ihre Bestellung als EMS oder Einschreiben schicken zu lassen, wobei zusätzlich anfallende Kosten zu Ihren Lasten gehen.

:: About international shipping ::
I usually ship packages twice a week, it's usually Monday and Thursday.
Japanese general international shipping has not tracking numbers or chase numbers. All goods will send as 'small packet', please allow that if package was opened in customs(It's unusual).
If you need receive the package faster, EMS option is available and the additional cost will be required.
The purchases over 60EUR will be automatically up grade to EMS mail or registered mail. It depending on the weight.

Though I've never lost the package so far but please allow, I can't take the responsibility when the package doesn't arrive or lost way. However, you can upgrade to EMS or registered mail, and the additional cost will be required.
