Please send me a message thru dawanda if you have any questions, problems or comments. I will respond as soon as I am able. I welcome custom inquiries, I will tell you as plainly as I can the cost and proceedures for me to complete any custom work I accept.
Each one of my designs is a unique, individual work of art, with its own particular personality. Some are created with items from my stash of goods, others completely of new materials, but no two will be exactly alike because of the nature and process of creating them one by one. No individual trait can be considered a flaw.

Terms & Conditions

I will confirm your purchase as soon as possible. I expect you to pay through paypal as soon as you can. If I am wondering why you haven't paid, I will send you a message with and inquiry. If more than seven (7) days go by without any response I will begin the process to cancel the sale.
I will ship your purchase with reasonable speed allowing for weekend closures and holidays. I will ask you to let me know that you have received the package by either message or feedback.

MAKE ME AN OFFER; Feel Free to "make an offer" on anything that is "older" than two months or so, I might feel like getting it out of my inventory, or I might not. If you don't make the offer you will not know. Or ... I may come back with a counter offer, that you might go for. I always have a "make me an offer" sign up during the last few hours of a craft fair, so this is my online equivalent.

Cancellation and return policy

CANCELLATION:
I may, at any time, cancel a sale if there has not been payment within a reasonable (about 7 days) time, or if the buyer does not supply me with a usable address for shipping.
RETURN: You will not want to return one of my creations but, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please contact me within 10 days of receiving your item and let me help resolve the issue. I will do whatever I can to fix it. If the item is returned then I will refund your money(less shipping) once the item has been returned to me in its original condition.

Postage and payment policy

SHIPPING COST; Shipping cost is based upon a mysterious post office system of weight, distance and size. I am a lowly civilian and can estimate the cost of shipping fairly close using the USPO web site....
1~If shipping/handling, cost turns out to be considerably less than you paid (in excess of $3) I will refund some of the excess shipping charges.
2~I use first class or priority for most all the postage, because then I can also get tracking thru delivery confirmation (within the US). I have not yet "lost" a package this way. I have heard the horror stories however, and am attempting to avoid them.
3~Has to be there ASAP/yesterday? Send me a message before you put it in your shopping cart, I will get that super express quote to you as soon as I can, so you can make up your mind quickly too.
4~International shipping... I will ship there too. If it is more than I charged I must learn to do better at estimating shipping. On the rare occasion, International Customs fee and duties might be levied by receiving county, the buyer is responsible for the cost of these. If your country has laws against the sale, shipping or exchange of any of the products I offer for sale please refrain from purchasing, you will be responsible for adhearing to the laws of your country.
5~*insurance is optional, not included unless you request it and pay for it.
