All materials are sewn with care and will add chic and sparkle to your office professional attire, casual wear or evening dress. With its limited pieces available for each design and colour, it brings you the individuality and exclusivity of the product, while promises a distinctive and unforgettable Asiatic style to the whole being.

As mentioned, we regret that certain stock only come in limited pieces. Also due to its nature of individually handmade, minor irregularity may occur. However it is also the reason that makes the EastHaven bags even more distinctive & matchless.

Cancellation and return policy

We are sorry, but at this time we cannot accept exchanges or returns. All sales are final so please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing.

Postage and payment policy

We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged while in transit to a destination. Postal insurance for Registered Mail is only up to a maximum amount of SGD68 (subject to postal terms and conditions). Full insurance is available only for Express Shipping. Insurance cannot cover lost packages due to an incorrect address provided by a customer at checkout. We are not responsible for the loss of these packages. If you entered a wrong address at checkout and the package is sent back to us we will ship it out to you as soon as you confirm with us your correct address (extra shipping fees will be required).

In the case of a lost/damage/refund claim being filed, it can take about 1 to 3 months to be resolved. We are unable to make any refunds until the courier has refunded us for the insured amount claimed. A package must be missing for 30 days from the date it was shipped before a claim can be filed. If a package/item has been damaged in transit, you must mail it to me, no later than 2 days after the date it was delivered to you, so that I can present it as physical evidence to the courier in order to file a claim (Shipping for this can only be refunded after the claim has been resolved).
