Please please, do not copy the Wren bag designs and patterns. I have spent many hours getting them just right so that I can give you the best quality and would really appreciate your support in turn. Items are also not for re-sale without exclusive license from Wren. For wholesale enquiries please contact Wren at wendren@thewrendesign.com. All the images are photographed by Wren.

Cancellation and return policy

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with what you ordered or if something goes terribly wrong I'm willing to hear your side of the story. However, I do not take returns simply because you do not like what you purchased. Rather, ask me questions before you place your order. :)Thanks.

Postage and payment policy

South African orders and International orders are posted through the local postal service as Registered Mail. Local post usually takes 5-6 working days and international post usually takes 7-14 working day. If you would like your bag sooner please contact me and I will find the most reliable, quickest and cheapest option and send you an invoice for the difference in cost.
