Most of the vintage items are pre-loved and some natural wear is normal.
We disclose all items imperfections.
We will check for any stains, or major issues and provide accurate descriptions when they are any and will also price accordingly to condition.

If unhappy with your item it can be return within 7 days of receipt.
Items must be in the same condition as when they left This, Madame, is Vintage .
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any item believed to have been worn or damaged since dispatch from our store.
Regrettably we do not refund delivery costs and return delivery costs have to be paid by the customer.
