I am happy to make a full refund if there is a good reason.However, if the item gets lost in the post, or damaged i cant take responsibility for this.You can always ask for special delivery, to ensure your item is safely delivered. Refund payments will not be made until the item has been safely returned. Return postage is at your expense. I want you to be happy with my products/service and I want to make sure that my feedback is positive!

Cancellation and return policy

I prefer paypal! Payments should be made within 7 days from the day of purchase. Goods will not be delivered until payments have cleared in my paypal account.
I cant be responsible for what the postage companies get wrong.If you buy multiple pieces, then the final postage cost will be CHEAPER!!
I now post to UK AND EUROPE!For the UK,postage is 3.60euros and for EUROPE, postage will be 4.10euros
Will usually dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment.
