Due to small parts, some of my products are not suitable for small children.
I am not responsible for any accidents that might happen while using or wearing my products.
Cancellation and return policy
If the item you bought isn't what you expected, you can send it back to me, in unused condition, within 14 days. I will refund the price of the item, minus the shipping fees.
Items lost in the mail will be replaced. I will however wait a while before shipping again, to see if the item shows up eventually.
Postage and payment policy
All payments should be received within 7 days. I accept paypal, creditcards and Dutch buyers can pay by bank transfer.
You don't need to have a paypal account to use paypal to check out. You can use your credit/debit card to make your paypal payment.
I will happily combine shipping if you'd like to purchase more than one item. My items are not very heavy, so usually you could buy 3 to 4 items for the same shipping rate. Some items are heavier though, so if you want to make sure you won't have to pay more, please contact me before buying!
Any order below 50 grams will cost €3.00, the next step, up to 100 grams costs €4.00.
All items are shipped by Priority mail in a bubble mailer. I ship within 3 business days, unless I am away from home. In that case, my profile will say I am, and it will say which day I will ship again.
International customers: You are responsible for any fees your country might charge at customs. If you have any concerns about paying customs fees, please find out what value can be imported to your country without having to pay fees BEFORE placing your order.
Unfortunately I can't mark your package as a gift, or a lower value, as this is illegal.
