Cancellation and return policy

~ If you are unhappy with your order make sure to contact me within 4 days after receiving your package. I'll do my best to help out and replace part of the item if needed, but I'm afraid that I can't refund any items at the moment.

Postage and payment policy

~ All items are shipped in bubble envelopes or little wooden boxes, but if preferred I'd have no problems using cardboard boxes instead. Please do understand that the extra shipping fee will be added to the total. I use TNT post shipping, priority stamps only! European shipping usually takes about 4 - 7 workdays, shipping outside of europe can take up to 2 weeks.

~ I'll be happy to combine the shipping on multiple purchases.

~ Right now I'm only able to accept transfers to my Paypal-account and bank transfers (within EU-countries ONLY!). You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal. Make sure to use the Iban and swift-codes when using a banktransfer for the payment to avoid fees.

~ Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
