All payment is pro forma.
Items will be sent within 1 week of receiving payment unless there is a blooming snag in which case the customer will be notified sharpish.
Items must be returned within 28 days for an exchange or refund. The postal costs of returning the item for exchange or refund will be at the expense of the customer. The postal costs of sending out replacement goods will be at Twisted Twee's expense. Fair's fair.

Cancellation and return policy

Postage is a flat charge of reagradless of how many items are bought.
£2.50 for the UK.
£3.50 for Europe and
£5 for the rest of the world
