COLORS:
► I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, I cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

► RETURN POLICY:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return your product within 48 hours and I'll refund your money.

Cancellation and return policy

► PAYMENT. I accept secure payments via PayPal only. You can use a credit card through PayPal, and you do not have to be a member of PayPal to use this option*. All payments must be made within 72 hours of purchase in order to avoid cancellation of the transaction.

SHIPPING. *I make no money from the shipping of items to buyers and THE SHIPPING RATES IN MY ITEM DESCRIPTIONS ARE NOT PADDED WITH HANDLING OR PACKAGING CHARGES

All items are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours upon receipt of payment (in the event of eChecks, when the payment clears), unless it is a "made to order" item in which case the time period mentioned in the item description should be added. If there is going to be a slight delay beyond this period, I contact my buyers. I don't mark items as shipped until AFTER they have been taken to the post office. I head to the post office myself and stand in line to hand over the item to be delivered so there will be no surprise charges on your end when the package gets to you. Unless stated otherwise in an item listing, handling and packaging charges are covered out of my own pocket. Just a small way to thank my buyers for purchasing my handmade goods.

Packages sent within Europe and to addresses outside of Europe are sent via Air Mail, first calss. If sent via this mode packages usually arrive to addresses in Europe within 3 to 5 business days and to addresses everywhere else within 5 to 10 business days.

***These shipping times do not include time in customs and handling by local mail, and even though I always ship promptly DELAYS MAY OCCUR due to issues with these authorities, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances that are beyond my control, so these shipping times may be extended from anywhere to 6 to 8 weeks as a result. Please take this into account.

► CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES FOR OVERSEAS SHIPPING. Overseas buyers may be subject to customs duties or taxes on items. I am in no way responsible for these duties or taxes, and they shall be covered solely by the buyer as it is the buyer's local tax authorities that is charging them.

► PACKAGING. I only use brand-new packaging,

I do not include shop publicity, propaganda, promo packs or any similar excess that may weigh down packages. What you'll find in your package is the carefully wrapped item you purchased and a note from me.

► GIFTS. If you'd like to purchase something from my store and have it sent to someone as a gift, I'll be happy to send the item with a small note directly to the recipient. If you'd like for me to do this please mention this in the note to seller.

► RETURNS. Photos reflect the item as it will be delivered to you and detailed item specifications and measurements are available in the item description. ****As I CANNOT guarantee that your computer screen will properly represent my items to you, please read the descriptions carefully before you purchase.
Not with standing the above, I want my buyers to be happy with my items so if there is something you are not happy about for justifiable reasons or if the item was damaged en route to you (see WARRANTY below), please contact me *as soon as* you receive your item so I can remedy the situation for you.
