I just charge what my courier charges to me (in fact, I charge less), overseas and international shipping is high priced, now more than ever due to the oil price increase, and the fact is I get a huge discount because I have a contract signed with the national mail company Correos so I offer the best price I can, real price is much higher. If the shipping price seems too high to you, you may not order, but please, don't complain nor blame me about this as I can do nothing about it, I haven't any control over shipping prices. Also, they may be rough when playing and break the jewelry, but of course I´m more worried about their safety.

Be aware that by purchasing from me you are accepting my policies. All purchasing and shipping conditions will be ruled by the information in my SHOP ANNOUNCEMENT in the first place, doesn´t matter what usual policies here say, as it´s there where I can reflect the current situation the best. *** My MAKING AND HANDLING TIME is USUALLY (not now, please read my shop announcement at top of my shop page) set in 1 to 2 weeks to give me time to ensure I can make and send all the orders I receive in busy times, but orders usually will be sent in approximately 3 to 7 business days from purchase payment date, but as said may take more sometimes, in very busy times, like Christmas season, or exceptional cases, like illness and such... But the real shipping time will be in my shop announcement in each case, and that will be the valid one at the moment. Be patient, please, I live in a small village now also and have to put together some orders to get to the next town post office ^_^ And when I can´t get there and send orders from here, they take a little more until processed by the mail company.

* PACKAGING: I package your order with care, in bubble plastic (reused always it´s possible), and in a lovely fabric gift ready little bag, and then in a bubble envelope. Even with that and all, sometimes packages are damaged on their way there, please let me know if your order is damaged in transit and I´ll send a new one :)
*** SENDING METHOD:
* USA: I ship by Standard Premium parcel to the USA and Correos Light Parcel to the rest of the world and Europe. Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, but may take more sometimes as said above. It will be usually delivered in your mailbox or where your national courier there (USPS in the USA) usually leaves it, no signing required,except in some occasions when the postman encounters some difficulty and is unable to forward. Then you´ll be responsible of picking up your order from your local post office. If you fail to get your order from the post office on time and it´s returned to me, I´ll resend for free, or refund you the item price, but NOT the shipping costs, as they were already paid to the courier to have your order shipped and it is NOT my responsibility if you failed to pick it up from the post office on time.
* EUROPE and rest of the world except USA: I send by Correos registered letter or Light parcel in Europe, you will be required to sign for it in the first case, or you´ll have to pick it from your local post office if you arent´home when the delivery attempt happens. It´s your responsability to get your order from the post office, there´s anything I can´t do from here, it´s just how mail works. f you fail to get your order from the post office on time and it´s returned to me, I´ll resend for free, or refund you the item price, but NOT the shipping costs, as they were already paid to the courier to have your order shipped and it is NOT my responsibility if you failed to pick it up from the post office on time.
*** Please PROVIDE a telephone number for my courier to ensure the fastest and smoothest delivery
*** DELIVERY TIMES: International orders (from Spain to the USA) usually takes one to two weeks to arrive, but sometimes it can be more, even up to one month (and even more if stopped at customs), please be patient, but, if you haven´t received your order in 15 to 30 days, plase go to your local post office with your id card and tracking number and make them check it, your order will be probably waiting you to pick it there.
*** CUSTOMS: Your order could be stopped and or get stucked at customs for a long time, and I can´t control this at all nor am responsible for it, it will take longer to get your order in that case, it even may be there for several months, I´m afraid, or you should have do some paperwork and pay some taxes which I can´t control and am not responsible for. *** YOU, and not me, are responsible of contacting them and do the required arrangements and paperwork to have your order released and delivered. This doesn´t usually happen, luckily :) I won´t refund orders stopped at customs, as they are always released over time and customers end up getting them even if it´s months later. I´m not responsible for these delays that only depend on each country commercial policies.
*** Customs and import taxes ***
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. BUT PLEASE NOTE almost none no order from my shop has been stopped at customs and needed to pay for them, so don´t worry about this, very few were just delayed because of this, but no customer has contacted me ever to let me know they had to pay an extra because of customs.
* I will always ship to the address that is provided through Etsy unless otherwise noted. I will not be shipping to Paypal addresses unless it is noted on your Etsy checkout. I send all my orders by registered mail, so that you can know where your parcel is all the time. PLEASE NOTE once your order has left, I can NOT control the shipping anymore, I´ll do my best to help and guide you thru the tracking process, but note that sometimes the shipping will be delayed for unknown reasons, as I cant´t control the mail companies processes and times. PLEASE, BE PATIENT. Shipping may be delayed for unknown reasons up to a month or even more sometimes.

***RETURNS:
I gladly accept returns, but I can´t send any return label, if you aren´t satisfied with your order you always can return it by the cheapest and easiest shipping option for you, but I´m not paying for that. I´ll refund your order´s value minus the shipping costs once the order is back to me.

I ship worldwide by Registered mail, provided with tracking number, trackable on-line. I don´t want your jewels to be lost
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (from Spain to the USA ) usually takes 10 - 15 days to arrive, but sometimes it can be more, up to one month, please be patient, but, if you haven´t received your order in 15 to 30 days, plase go to your local post office with your id card and tracking number and make them check it, your order will be probably waiting you to pick it there
SHIPPING IN EUROPE usually takes 4 /6 days

My jewelry is nickel and lead free, made with love from high quality materials. I´m using Stainless Steel as a favourite
Some materials I use are: stainless steel, silver, safe alloys, brass, silver plated brass, silver plated safe metals, gold plated quality metals, genuine gemstones (such as ruby, aquamarine, agate, amethyst, coral); czech glass, faceted crystal, opal glass, opalite, lucite... I am very careful at selecting the materials I work with. My supplies must be high quality and stunning.
I make all my jewelry with great love and obssesive attention to detail and perfectionism, however, some of these may be delicate pieces. They will last a long long time, but you must be careful with your jewel and don´t expose it to water

Please, have in mind the international shipping times mentioned before.
Hope you understand I can´t control the entire proccess from here once the order is shipped.
I provide a tracking number so you can ask at your local post office and make them track it for you.
Please, note that sometimes postmen forget to leave the notification when they try to deliver, and you aren´t aware your order is waiting for you at your post office, and it could be return to me, this happens from time to time. To avoid it, please ask them about your tracking number if your order isn´t there after about 20 days.
Anyway, I aim for the best service and your TOTAL satisfaction, and I always resend or refund if the issue can´t be solved as usual

🎅 I highly recommend the EXPRESS SHIPPING option so we can be sure that your Christmas gifts will arrive on time. It takes just a few days to get there, versus regular shipping which takes 12 / 15 days (USA), but sometimes may take even up to a month.
