Cancellation and return policy

I do not offer refunds generally, particularly for pierced items due to reasons of hygiene. However, if an item has reached you in a damaged condition then please contact me within 3 days of receipt of the item.

Postage and payment policy

Payment:
I accept payment via Paypal from all countries.
Please pay for purchased items within three days of purchase. If you have any problems relating to payment please contact me.

I ship worldwide. My postage costs cover all packaging and labelling materials.

I endeavour to despatch orders within 24 - 48 hours after your payment has cleared. Please allow extra days for weekends and bank holidays. If there is a delay for any other reason I will inform you. I always obtain proof of postage.

All my items are carefully packed. Once an order is shipped I am no longer responsible for it.

UK shipping - Royal mail first class.
