The product images are provided for the best, and may differ slightly from the product, this is not a defect but is due to the method of production. The offers are not binding and are only valid while stocks last. All orders must be paid within 7 days, otherwise I reserve the right to cancel the order.
Cancellation and return policy
Since all wide-eyed products are handmade and produced in small runs, they are not returnable. However, if you have problems or the goods are not to be to their satisfaction, please contact me and we will find a solution. Postage and payment policy
Payment in advance or DaWanda voucher. Shipping takes 1-2 business days AFTER payment is received. Shipping abroad is always possible depending on the country but different price tags, so please just ask prices. Shipping is by Austrian Post and Hermes (for larger products). The postage will be recalculated at wholesale prices at the moment of purchase confirmation.
