To qualify for wholesale, you must have a resell license. No exceptions. For consignments, please email me.

2) xangetsu studio isn't responsible for duties or customs fees for international orders (outside the United States) - they are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Cancellation and return policy

Returns info - if you are, for whatever reason, unhappy with your purchase, simply return it in the original condition, and I will refund the item cost back into your Paypal account.

Postage and payment policy

Please make sure you complete the Paypal process. Item(s) will not be shipped until payment has come through. Payments should be made within 3 days of purchase. After that I will be forced to cancel the sale and relist the item back into my shop.

Purchases made outside of the United States - payment will need to be through Paypal only.

Shipping Info - items are shipped within a few days, unless you requested a custom-made piece, then give it about 1-2 weeks. All shipments are bubble-wrapped with care and go by usps, first class mail.
