IMPORTANT Some items might still be for sale in my store, even they have already been purchased. I update my listings as often as possible so it's not really likely to happen. However, if you pay for something that is actually sold out, I will refund your money or I will make a custom item for you if you're interested. If you don't agree, please don't buy.
Cancellation and return policy
You can cancel your order up to 3 working days after delivery. Yinco Hime will refund your money, without the original postage charges, within 10 days. You must return the goods to Yinco Hime at your own expense. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to Yinco Hime, and this results in damage or deterioration, Yinco Hime will charge you for the reduction in value. This policy does not apply to the custom orders, which are exempt from the right to cancel.
