All the items are made with care and craftmanship , and are unique for you . As soon as your payment arrives, the order is being sent by Registered Mail . It is fully tracked by the internet and usually takes 2-4 working days for Europe.
Cancellation and return policy
It is very important that you are satisfied with your purchase from zezuko. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me the next 4 days after the item has been received by you. You can return the item to me and you will get a full refund if the returned item is in its original condition and not used .
The shipping cost of the returned item is yours responsibility.
Postage and payment policy
POST : All the orders are sent by Registered Mail .
That means you can track and trace your item
by the internet .
PAYMENT:
PAY_PAL : Your payment should arrive in 7 days. If the payment doesn't arrive, you will be notified that the days expire and the item will be available again in my shop . You can always contact me for any possible payment delay .
BANK TRANSFER : There is an extra bank fee for money transfer that is 2 (two) euro additional at your order. Also the money transfer to the Greek bank needs 2-4 working days (to be transferred) .
IF your order is up to 50 euro, the cost of bank transfer is not added.
