Cancellation and return policy
I accept items for return, repair or exchange (if available) within 7 days of receipt. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact me first to discuss the details of the situation so I can be prepared and give you an appropriate timeframe on repairs.
Exception : Custom orders are NOT returnable.
Postage and payment policy
POSTAGE:
All items are shipped in the 1 or 2 next business days after payment is received. Items will be shipped the address that you specified at the time of checkout. I ship items in a padded envelope, via Croatian registred mail. The shipping charge includes shipping and handling. When you order 2 or more things I ship them together. The shipping cost you pay is only for one item. :)
Third party shipping is available for gifts. Please let me know the address to ship to, any note you would like on a gift card, and the address to which I should send the invoice.
PAYMENT:
I accept money order and cash. Some European countrys like Croatia, can't open a PayPal account for receiving money. Croatians can have a PayPal account, but Can't receive money. We only can send them. For this reason I have a moneybookers account. It works just like PayPal. Some people call it "European PayPal" - accepts all major credit cards, cashiers check, international money order or cash. Moneybookers payments are safe and site is completely secure. CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS - You do not need a Paypal or a Moneybookers account to pay for your order. My Moneybookers account accepts credit cards too!
Unpaid for items will be relisted after 7 days.
