* ABOUT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please ensure your address is up to date.
*PACKING AND DESPATCHED:
Your item will be shipped as soon as your payment is received. I will pack this item as securely as possible. However, I will not be held responsible for any damaged after despatched.
*DELIVERY TIMES:
Delivery times are indicative only. I will NOT be held responsible or liable for any failure to observe these delivery times.
*SHIPPING DUTIES/TAXES:
All additional charges for customs, import duties and taxes are payable by you. Such charges are NOT included in the delivery fee or purchase price. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
* MEASUREMENTS - all measurements are approximates only.
Cancellation and return policy
* CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time you made an order.
* RETURNS:
(1) Please notify me within 3 days of receipt of your intent to return or exchange an item.
(2) Postage/delivery charges are NOT refundable.
(3) I DO NOT absorb shipping costs to return or exchange.
(4) Please pack and seal items you are returning securely.
(5) I will NOT be responsible for any loss or damage of returned goods in transit.
(6) Items to be returned or exchange must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Postage and payment policy
* POSTAGE POLICY:
The postage cost that you see in my listings are for 1 item only. I will always combine postage if you purchase multiple items so you save on postage. I do not charge handling fees. The postage cost that I charge are the actual Australia Post postage fees.
* PAYMENT POLICY:
Please make payment within 3 days. If you can not make this time frame, get in touch with me ASAP so we can work things out.
