I leave feedback as soon as I have shipped your order. I do of course love the feedback from you too!
Cancellation and return policy
I want you to love your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied please contact me and we will try to settle every problem.
You may return an item within 3 days of purchase.
Please send me an email and ship the item back to me in the original packaging; I will refund the full purchase price minus shipping via PayPal.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Postage and payment policy
PAYMENT:
I accept payments through PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account don't worry because PayPal has an option that allows you to pay for your purchases with a credit card. How cool is that?
All payments must be received via PayPal within 3 business days. I reserve the right to cancel the sale if payment is not made on time.
SHIPPING:
I post everything as soon as I can and this is never more than 3 days after the order(except for Saturday and Sunday).
I ship via Priority Air Mail (not insured and not traceable), but I'f you prefer Registered Mail (traceable until the pack is in Italy) or Insured Mail just convo me before paying and I'll let you know the additional costs.
In any case, I’m not responsible of loss during transit.
