Cancellation and return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the product purchased, I will refund your payment (excluding all postage and packing charges) as long as you send the item back to me in its original condition within 7 working days of receiving the item.
Please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and compensation for the value of the item being returned. Please obtain a proof of posting.
I cannot offer a refund for returned items that got lost in the post. Should this occur, you would have to claim the money back from the postal service yourself.
Postage and payment policy
I will ship your purchase within 3 working days of receipt of your payment.
All jewellery is securely packaged in padded envelopes, boxed and ready to offer as a gift. All items will be posted using the Irish postal service “An Post” (www.anpost.ie). Delivery usually takes about 3 working days.
If you need an item sooner, or if you prefer for it to be sent as a recorded delivery, please contact me and I will be able to send it as a special delivery or with a courier.
