Pls read all the descriptions carefully as items purchased are non-refundable, UNLESS in the unlikely event that it reaches you damaged.
Cancellation and return policy
Pls communicate with me if your purchase reaches you in unsatisfactory condition, and I'll be happy to send you a new batch at no extra costs. If i run out of stock, I'll refund you immediately via paypal.
Postage and payment policy
I accept Paypal as the preferred mode of payment. If you have no Paypal account, pls contact me, & I'll issue an invoice to your email account (via Paypal), and u can pay by credit card. It's simple, fuss-free, and safe!
Local buyers (in Singapore) can make payment via POSB bank transfer. Please contact me for the current exchange rates.
I ship all items via registered mail (within 3 working days of payment), with tracking number, and insurance of up to S$68.00
Since all items will be shipped via registered mail, you'll have to sign for it upon delivery. Do let me know if you wish to have it sent to your workplace, esp if no one will be home to receive & sign for the item during office hours. Alternatively, you can opt for a standard mail (non-registered). Just let me know! :)
I'd also appreciate customers to make immediate payment. This applies to custom orders as well, so as to "confirm" the order, so that we can work on it as soon as we can :)
