Cancellation and return policy
I want you to be happy with your purchase from Thyme2dream.
Please feel free to ask lots of questions before you purchase and before I ship, so I can get your piece right for you.
I accept exchanges or returns for shop credit as long as you notify me within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping cost is your responsiblity, unless the problem is a mistake I have made (wrong colour, wrong ear, etc).

All items are posted boxed for easy gifting, and I am happy to ship items directly to your giftee at no extra charge if you like.
US SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise noted, I ship USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Insurance is included on larger orders at no extra charge.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise noted or discussed, I ship USPS International First Class. There is no tracking available with the lower priced service, but I do insure larger orders automatically.
SHIPPING TIME:
Except for pendants which are generally one of a kind items, I make each piece to order. This means you dont have to worry about someone else trying on YOUR earcuff etc before you recieve it. The nice thing about this system is that I can customise your piece if need be, so feel free to ask if you want something a wee bit different than you see it in the photo.
I am definitely not the fast food of jewellery sales, so if you need something in a hurry please convo me (before purchasing!) and I will do my best:-). That said, I do try to get all orders in the post within 3-4 days of purchase, so most European locations can expect delivery within 2 weeks, often sooner.
