I will do my best to keep you a happy costumer, and never hesitate to contact me in case of any questions!
I try to recycle packing material as much as I can, so please tell me if you want it otherwise.
Cancellation and return policy
However, if something would be unsatisfactory or you have a missing order, please let me know as soon as possible. I will deal with each case individually if there is any, and therefore have not a general refund policy to offer.
You/The buyer will be responsible for the shipping in the event of a return, exchange or repair.
Postage and payment policy
I can not be held responsible for items lost once they are shipped. Contact me if this seem to be the case and I will do my best to help you out.
It is possible to add an additional shipping service, such as Insured/Priority mail or Express, since these cost more it is important that you let me know BEFORE your purchase, so I can revise the shipping amount.
All items will be sent via First class air mail from Sweden.
Shipping takes place as soon as possible after the payment has been cleared. I ship all over the world.
I am happy to send things gift wrapped, just let me know as soon as possible.
I accept Paypal (& Plusgiro if you live in Sweden. Contact me in that so I can send you my IBAN etc, or PG-account). I can do bank transfer from European countries as well, but please contact me about this so we can sort something out.
