All our merchandise are in excellent condition for sale. Our prices are fixed priced in Singapore dollars unless stated.
Cancellation and return policy
We will refund the amount paid if order/s is canceled due to the unavailability of goods. We will not entertain any cancellation once order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
All sales are final & goods sold are non-exchangeable & non-refundable. We send all out items with care. All items are protected by tissue papers & bubble wraps/boxes to prevent scratches & getting smashed during handling before we send it out.
Postage and payment policy
International: Please direct payment to Paypal account = poh.karen@yahoo.com or you may opt to pay securely with your credit cards through Paypal even if you do not have any account.
All registered tracking numbers will be email to customer. Your order/s are personally drop off at the Singapore Post Office, properly weigh & stamped before handed to the staff at the counter.
