Cancellation and return policy
All items will be carefully packaged and promptly posted.
Chyadesigns cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, as tracking is not included in the postage. Please request if you want your item to be tracked or sent by registered post, and postage costs will be amended.
You may return your item up to 10 days after receipt, provided it arrives in the same pristine condition in which it will be sent. Payment will be refunded immediately upon receipt of returned item. Please contact me if you have any other queries regarding postage.
