If something gets lost, or you haven't received it in a normal seeming amount of time please contact me and I will try to set your mind at ease, or resolve the situation as need be.
Cancellation and return policy
Payment is due upon purchase of product. Sales not paid for within 2 days of purchase will be cancelled.
Items may be returned in completely unused condition with 14 days of receipt.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Postage and payment policy
All items larger than a set of note cards will be shipped UPS - or USPS in case of international mailing (outside the U.S.) - and insurance is included in the stated shipping price for large items.
All items shipped outside of the U.S. will be subject to duties, taxes and other fees as levied by the country to which they are being shipped.
