Items purchased from my shop are for personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced or copied in any way without my express permission.
Safety: My brooches are not suitable for very young children due to small parts and sharp pins.
Allergies: The felt I use may have a low wool content, and the pinbacks I use are nickel-plated.
Cancellation and return policy
You have 7 days to pay for your item, and have the right to cancel the sale during that time. Once you have submitted payment, all sales are final. If you have any questions please contact me before you buy!
I cannot accept returns unless the items you receive are faulty or damaged. Should this occur, please contact me as soon as possible and I will provide you with a return address. Once I have received the returned item I shall issue a paypal refund for the price of the item (excluding shipping costs).
Postage and payment policy
Payment must be made via paypal within 7 days of purchase. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
I will post your order within 5 working days of cleared payment (paypal payments clear immediately, paypal e-cheques take around a week to clear and bank transfers can take up to 5 days).
I post Royal Mail first class within the UK and standard airmail to Europe and worldwide. Airmail normally takes 3-7 days worldwide but please allow up to 4 weeks for worldwide delivery. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.
