Terms & Conditions
1. I make a beautiful item.
2. I list it in my shop.
3. You discover it and want to buy it.
4. You pay for it in any of the ways I accept.
5. I carefully prepare, wrap and protect your item for its journey towards you.
6. The postal service does its job.
7. You receive your item and suddenly become very happy.
8. If you wish, you share your happiness and leave me some feedback for the transaction.
9. I'm aware of your happiness and continue to make beautiful items.
Cancellation and return policy
If your order is lost by the postal service I will replace it for similar items or refund your full payment.
If your order arrives damaged in any kind of way you can return it and when I receive it back I'll replace it for similar items or refund your full payment plus your shipping expenses.
If you're just not happy with your order you can return it, but I will refund only the cost of the items.

I accept paypal for everyone!
If you live in Europe you can also pay by bank transfer and if you live in Spain you can deposit cash in my bank account.
SHIPPING
Once I receive the payment, I post my items by registered mail (signature requiered at delivery, with a tracking number). I wrap and protect my items carefully and present them nicely so you will receive them in best condition.
ITEMS ARE POSTED MONDAY TO WEDNESDAY.
The shipping price depends on the weight and destination of the package. If you buy multiple items you will save a lot on shipping!
Posting to Spain and Europe usually takes between 3-10 days, everywere else is usually between 7-20. Only sometimes things can go wrong and take a little longer...
