Please await a final invoice before paying as all postage costs will be calculated by weight with an added nominal charge for packaging costs.

All toiletries are made in accordance with EU regulations and undergo a full safety assessment prior to sale.

All items that are made to order are clearly indicated in their item description. Where there is a choice of colours available these will also be detailed in the descriptions. where you are unsure of the options available or have any other questions to ask please email on : tiaras@perfectbeads.co.uk After the commission of an item we will ensure that the item is dispatched within 28 days of placing your order. Customer satisfaction and ethical work practices are important to us. To ensure that nothing will mar your day we allow a 14 day "cooling off" period for cancellation of any commission. All commission items receive a confirmatory email in which the materials to be utilized are listed for your further confirmation. We value your custom and endeavor to do everything to ensure that you are satisfied with quality and price. Cancellation and return policy

All items, within the UK, are sent by Royal Mail First Class as standard. Purchases over £32 (approx Euro 47.00)are sent recorded delivery at no extra charge.

All international purchases are sent by Airmail (small packet). This is not a trackable service and I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit. However, as yet, over 8 years of trading, nothing has gone astray. If you would like your item sent via a trackable post then please add Euro 4.50 to the total bill and type "Signed For" in the checkout comment box. International purchases over Euro 47.00 are automatically sent via International Signed For at no extra charge.

We believe in the items we sell and we want you to be happy too. However, there may be times when you are not so satisfied with the items. Refunds will be given for all faulty items and we will refund the cost of second class postage to return the item to us.

As a UK seller, your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me by email and return them within 7 days of receipt of the goods. You should obtain proof of postage. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as at point of sale and in their original packaging. A refund of the full purchase price will be given less postage and packing charges. If returning an item please make sure that you include your full name and address, a contact phone number and the order number.At the same time please could you tell us why you are returning the goods so we can put things right. No reason is needed, but feedback is appreciated. Please be aware that a refund will not be given if the item has been damaged in any way.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for dissatisfaction on personal items such as toiletries and earrings.
