Payment with order
Cancellation and return policy
For standard cards no quibble guarantee. If customer not satisfied, simply return the card for a full refund. As special orders are hand made to order cancellations or returns are not possible.
Postage and payment policy
Payment on placing order. For standard cards postage will normally be within four working days. For special orders please allow seven working days for dispatch.
