I love to do custom orders, in fact I find the challenge of bespoke very exciting! If you have an idea in mind for your own jewellery design, or you would like a different color, stone, precious metal, please just ask : )
PAYMENT
I accept payment via PayPal.
All payments should be made by the end of 7 days. Please email me if there will be a problem or delay for any reason.
WHOLESALE
I accept Wholesale inquiries which can be directed to me.

Cancellation and return policy
INSURANCE
I do offer insurance at an extra cost.
Insurance is not manditory, as I have chosen to keep the shipping costs lower. Insurance is up to the buyer, just let me know what you'd like!
RETURNS and REFUNDS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, (unless custom orders, see below) I will refund your payment excluding all postage and packing charges. You will need to send it back to me in its original condition for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and compensation for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting.
I do not refund for returns that are lost in the post, you will have to claim from the postal service yourself if this ever occurs.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I do not refund custom orders, items lost by the post office or items damaged by the post office.
If you have any questions about a specific work please ask! I guarantee each item for 3 months and can also change the length of the piece, or the nature of the gemstones, pearls, beads etc., whenever possible to fit your desires.

POSTAGE AND PACKING
I ship worldwide.
All items are securely packaged, ready to offer as a gift and shipped within 4 days (unless custom order) of receiving payment, using Royal Mail. (http://www.royalmail.com)
If you need it sooner, or recorded please contact me and I will be able to send it as a special delivery or with a courrier!
CUSTOM orders need about 7-14 days to make and hallmark item :)
Please allow extra days for weekends and bank holidays. If there is a delay for any other reason I will inform you.
I always obtain Proof of postage.
