I accept PayPal and Credit Card payments (via PayPal) in Euros.
If the payment is not received within 5 days of placing the order, the order will be cancelled.
Cancellation and return policy
All products are sold as pictured, but if you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item. The conditions of return are: you may not have worn the jewellery and it must be sent back in the original packaging. The money will be returned to your bank account as soon as I have received the jewellery back in a good state. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Postage and payment policy
Items shipped within 2 days of payment confirmation. All items are securely bubble wrapped for safety and mailed in padded envelopes.
European packages are sent by Royal Mail First Class and further afield by Air Mail, unless you want a different service. If you do please let me know before you pay.
It usually takes 3-5 working days to deliver within Europe and 5-7 working days to the States.
Please note that I am not responsible for payment of any Customs charges, postal service handling fees or tax duty charged on items, once they have entered your country.
