Cancellation and return policy
If, from any reason, you are not satisfied with the jewel that you ordered, you may send it back to me within 3 days after receiving the parcel. Please give me a notice by mail the same day you sent it.
The jewel sould be returned in its original package. Refunded will be send to you (shipping costs excluded) within 3 days after I have received the jewel in the state in which it was sent to you. You should keep the post receipt.
In case the package will get lost on the mail, I will not be held liable in anyway (in any case I save the post receipt).
I will not be responsible in case of any custum tax ,being demand from your post serviece.
I can`t accept returns on earings, due to sanitary issues.
Si, pour une raison quelconque, vous n'êtes satisfait du bijou que vous avez commandé, vous pouvez me le renvoyer a nouveau sous 3 jours après réception du colis. Veuillez me donner une notification par mail le même jour que vous me le renverrez.
Le bijou devra être retourné dans son paquet original. Le remboursement sera effectue (hors frais de port) dans les 3 jours après que j'ai reçu le bijou dans l'état dans lequel il a été envoyé. Vous devez garder le reçu du ticket de poste.
Au cas où le paquet serait perdu par la poste, je ne serai responsable d`aucune facon (dans tous les cas je conserve le reçu de la poste).
Je ne peux accepter des retours pour des boucles d`oreilles, pour des raisons sanitaires.
Postage and payment policy
All products will be send to you within
3-7 working days, after payment has received, unless it is a special order, which will be discussed with the customer.
Products will be send with a registered
mail. If you are interested in a different tipe of shipment (registered, insured and so on), please, contact me prior to the order, so we can work it out.
If you order more than one item, it will be send to you in one package in order to save the shipment costs. However, if shipment in one package is not possible, the buyer will pay for the multiply shipment costs.
Tous les produits seront envoye par la poste entre 3 et 7 jours ouvrables, après que le paiement ait ete reçu, à moins que ce soit une commande spéciale, qui sera discuté avec le client.
Les produits seront envoyer avec un courrier avec un numero de suivi. Si vous etes intéressé par un type différent d'expédition (enregistré et ainsi de suite...) contactez-moi, ainsi nous pourrons voire ensemble ce qui est possible.
Si vous commandez plusieurs articles, ils seront envoyer dans un seul paquet afin de diminuer les frais de port. Cependant, si l'envoi en un paquet n'est pas possible, l'acheteur devra payer les differents frais de ports
